Franchisee Training
SEMAS wants to be remembered for the entire learning experience rather than just their products and services. This will only be achieved if we ensure that all our Franchisees and their personnel are well trained in all aspects of the business.
Franchisees have to attend compulsory training which consists of a combination of theory and hands-on practical training. This will be for a period of 10 working days. Costs of the initial training are included in the franchise fee but exclude the franchisee’s salary, transport, accommodation and meals which are for the Franchisee’s account.
